Compression Testing Capabilities

Compression experiments and testing to validate the adequacy of package stability under distribution and warehousing conditions.

Large 60” x 60” x 85” platen opening allows testing of single packages and palletized loads.

Floating platen allows for up to 45,000 lbs. of evenly distributed compressive force.

Static or Dynamic testing modes to the requirements of ASTM, 49 CFR, Item 180, TAPPI and ISTA.

Test progress and results are reported in graphical form for performance analysis. Multiple tests may be super-imposed for comparison analysis.
