EDS Group engineers thermoformed plastic packaging to provide visual impact and also shock protection to fragile consumer electronics items. Most packages are shipped in sku's of 6 or 12. The distribution channel includes palletized loads to regional warehouses for case count shipments to local retail environments. We engineer the cases to optimize space but also minimize the cosmetic damage to the final retail package.

Consideration of case counts during product engineering and retail POP development allow for the creation of extremely cost effective packaging. EDS Group is extremely well versed in package design utilizing a myriad of polymer options to ensure that sensitive electronics items are protected from static charges, shock, and vibration.
