EDS-TOOLWORKS knowledge base allows us to provide a high degree of engineering to support EPP, EPE, EPS and hybrid foamed resin molding. Full scale castings are rapidly [two weeks] supplied to our exacting standards for finishing, venting, machining, and assembly of backplates accommodating fill and knock outs for each individual cavity. All mold designs are evaluated to determine if the best construction method should include a casting versus loose mounted CNC cores. We stock a variety of steam vents and Ko pins for quick mold assembly. Specifications for various filling mechanisms allow EDS-TOOLWORKS to generate complete mold drawings for client's complete review and knowledge that their foam mold will be built quickly and accurately to meet each plants specific mold requirements.
