Heavy Gauge Tools

EDS-TOOLWORKS classifies any material thickness above 0.090" as heavy gauge material. The flow characteristics exhibited in these materials provide unique challenges requiring web pullers and plug assist designs specific to the cut sheet or rotary machine to be utilized to manufacture the finished parts. Large scale, interior cooled, aluminum castings are produced from our CNC machined solid plastic patterns and finished venting polishing, plug assists are completed to exacting standards for "in house tool" sampling.
