Standard pallet molds are in inventory ready to produce your requirements: 40" x 48", 45" x 48" with matching lids. All formed from 0.25" to 0.30" thick HDPE. We are able to add color matched stripes to co-ordinate with stackable trays or existing totes. Returned lip walls with pinch points located throughout the pallets allow for load bearing up to 2,500 pounds.

Twin sheet thermoformed pallets can be produced with or without internal structural rails to allow for racking up to 5,000 pounds! Sampling programs are available to allow for performance evaluation of the bulk package you are developing.
